All pricing provided on this site is for informational purposes only. Final quotes may vary based on site conditions, custom specifications, and material availability. Estimates are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.

Consultations, measurements, and installations require prior appointments. The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property on the agreed date. Missed or canceled visits with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.

A deposit is required to confirm project initiation. Full payment must be completed upon final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital payments.

We use high-quality, certified materials from trusted suppliers. A standard manufacturer warranty applies to materials used. Installation workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Estimated timelines are provided based on project scope. Delays due to weather, supply chain issues, or third-party conditions may affect delivery times. We will communicate all updates proactively.

Clients must secure the installation area, remove fragile items, and notify us of any construction-related hazards before the project begins.

LUMIN GLASS is not liable for damages arising from misuse, post-installation modifications, or accidents unrelated to our work. Our liability is limited to the total value of the contracted service.
